For low-capacity hog slaughter plants, DEST ITALIA offers combined pig scalding and dehairing machine, entirely in stainless steel, with a capacity of 15/20 head/h, equipped with an internal electrical heater oil-immersed and automatic control of the scalding water temperature.
Those machines are available in various models, some of them able to process even sow, and with different accessories (for example the pig bristles collection system). Other technical features of this pig slaughter machine are: double hot galvanized skinning roller, double side discharge, pneumatic pig ejector and cover, two swivel wheels with brake and two fixed feet.
